Participate in a real fresh pasta lesson in the splendid setting of Cantine Amalberga, a "modern farmhouse" immersed in a garden with large oak trees and a seasonal vegetable garden.
The experience includes:
- Practical lesson in preparing fresh Apulian pasta
- Various types of dough and traditional pasta shapes
- Tasting of 3 wines from the cellar
- Lunch or dinner of 3 courses
Duration: approximately 1 hour of lesson + lunch/dinner
