A true fresh pasta lesson where guests will learn to make different types of dough and traditional Puglian fresh pasta, in the beautiful setting of Cantine Amalberga.
We are a 'modern masseria' with wine production at its heart, surrounded by a garden with large oak trees and a seasonal vegetable garden where guests can harvest directly what will later be prepared and enjoyed.
The course includes: complimentary apron, recipe booklet, tasting of 3 wines throughout the experience including a 3-course lunch/dinner.
