Bright and full rosé. The nose is distinguished by intense authentic aromas typical of the grape. When tasted, the fruity sensations are balanced by freshness and sapidity that make it pleasant to drink.

Pairings: from appetizers of fish, vegetables or cured meats to first courses with meat sauces, fish or legume soups and second courses based on fish or white meats.

VINIFICATION: Soft pressing with saturation of carbon dioxide, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel at 17 ° C.

MATURATION: On the fine lees in steel for 5 months with weekly batonnage.
