Deep ruby red, opaque. Nose of dark berries and hints of Mediterranean scrub. When tasted it is dry, warm and full. Well present but round tannins. Excellent balance and fruity finish.
Pairings: Second courses based on red meat, steaks and slices or lamb. Also try with aged cheeses.
