Ruby red with purple reflections, the nose shows a fruity bouquet of great pleasure. When tasted, it stands out for its great drinkability thanks to the fruity notes, its pleasant freshness and very delicate tannins that make it perfect also as a summer red.

Long finish in which citrus notes return.

Pairings: Perfect with salami based appetizers, legume soups, first courses with meat sauces and meat main courses. Also very pleasant with fish dishes with a full-bodied character.

VINIFICATION: After harvesting, the grapes were de-stemmed with subsequent fermentation with maceration on the skins at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in steel.

MATURATION: in steel for 6 months

AGING: In bottle for at least 3 months.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 ° C in a large Bordeaux-type glass.
